Q. I can't enter my COUPON CODE?

A. You will be able to enter the coupon code during the last step of check out after clicking "proceed" - Click on proceed with payment (it will not charge you yet) it will take you back to the checkout page where you can enter your coupon code then you confirm your purchase.

Q. Do your sizes run true to size?

A. Everyone has a different opinion on what "true to size" means. Please keep in mind that the sizing can vary from style to style and with different fabrics so please look at the size chart provided for each item prior to ordering and compare to your actual measurements. Any questions regarding sizing etc we are happy to help! Contact US

Q. Are you affiliated with Demi Loon?

A. Yes, Demi Loon is our "Pinup sister" company!

Shipping

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

USA it normally takes 2-7 business days
Canada normally takes 7-15 business days
International it normally takes 9-18 business days depending on the country. * may take longer due to customs

Q. Do you ship international?

A. Yes we offer international shipping via USPS mail. Internationational packages ship with proof of shipment. We ship to most countries worldwide. USPS does a fantastic job of always getting our shipments to their destination. Please keep in mind that international shipping can take 2-4 weeks for arrival.

Q. Can i track my package?

Q. My order has not arrived

A. Please track your package by following the directions above under "track your package" This is the most current up to date information. If there is no tracking information coming up please contact us at customerservice@demiloon.com for fastest response.

Payment

Q. Do you need a paypal account?

A. No you do not need a paypal account to check out. You can use most major credit cards. You can pay with either Paypal or credit card just select which option you would like at checkout.

 

Q. Its not accepting my card

A. Please make sure to enter the correct billing name and address that appears on the card. And the zip code must match to the city you have entered. OR you can try using another card, using a different computer or internet browser. If problem persists please contact us so we can fix the issue. (see contact info below)

Returns, Exchanges, & Store Credit

Q. Can i exchange or return an item?

A. Yes, Items may be returned or exchanged please see below. Request to return or exchange MUST be made within 10 days of the delivery confirmation date (Date package arrives).

Exchange or Return: Exchange item must be in its original condition: New, clean, unworn, unwashed, FREE of any smoke, pet, or perfume odors. Folded and packaged neatly. If exchange arrives in unacceptable condition it will be mailed back.

Account Changes

Q. How do i change my shipping address?

A. Click on "Your Account" on top right hand corner > Click on "My Addresses" on left side column under My Account. > click on "update" under My address > Click on save when done. If paying with paypal please be sure your current address & information is updated in paypal as well. MAKE SURE your address is correct PRIOR to placing an order. If you have already placed an order and realize your address is incorrect you will need to contact us to make the change if the item has not shipped yet.
